Packages lost by a third party, such as UPS or FEDEX, are under that particular freight company’s insurance policy and responsibility.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the correct material has been received.

The reception of the goods by the customer results in the unambiguous acceptance of their compliance in regards to the expected quantity and quality.

Filling a complaint does not liberate the customer from their payment obligations.

No orders can be placed without full payment in advance.

By giving your credit card information to WALL IN VOGUE, you accept that you will be charged for the full amount of the sale.
